Vice President, Technology Transformation Lead New York, NYWe are seeking a senior technology leader to drive transformation initiatives across a leading financial services organization. This individual will partner with business and technology leaders to modernize processes, improve the use of data, and implement automation and emerging technologies across key corporate functions.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute technology and data strategies aligned with broader business priorities Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making Translate complex business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption Drive process standardization and automation across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other corporate functions Improve how data is captured, organized, analyzed, and leveraged across the organization Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and frameworks that turn data into actionable insights Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools Drive adoption of new platforms and processes across business teams Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, management consulting, or a related field Financial services experience strongly preferred Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology or transformation initiatives Experience partnering with corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations Strong understanding of data platforms, automation, analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise technology Exposure to AI and emerging technologies strongly preferred Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions This is a high-impact opportunity for someone looking to lead technology-enabled transformation within a sophisticated, growing financial services organization.
