About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Painter & Light Maintenance Technician to join the Hartmann apartment community team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing and painting vacant units during tenant turnover, maintaining the exterior and common areas, and performing routine, light maintenance tasks. Your work will directly impact our residents' living experience and help preserve the aesthetic appeal and value of the property.
Skills and Experience: 1–2 years in professional painting and basic interior/exterior maintenance (preferably in multi-family or residential property management).
Technical Skills: Proficient with surface preparation, drywall patching, color matching, caulking, and basic hand tool operation. Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods (bending, reaching, kneeling). Reliability: Strong punctuality, self-direction, and ability to complete daily work orders on schedule. Licensing: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
