About the role
Aegis is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our client's organization in Naperville, IL. This position is a 6 month contract to hire role. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience: CNC Programming experience MasterCAM Programming experience Solidworks & MasterCAM experience Ability and willingness to Setup/Operate the CNC machinery. Ideally a mix of Lathe and Milling machine experience Experience with measurement tools - calipers, micrometers, etc. Experience with ISO certified plant locations. (paperwork and quality control that comes with that)
Preferred:
3-8+ years of experience Knowledge of 4 & 5 Axis machining Experience around Okuma machinery Lathe - secondary spindle experience
