About the role
Driving revenue growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management will lead analytics and recommendations to achieve annual net sales targets for assigned brands, focusing on pricing strategies and market insights in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and analyze RGM opportunities to implement price accretive actions across various levers
Deliver current year RGM business objectives and ensure a multi-year pipeline of initiatives that enhance operating profit
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide pricing insights and address executional barriers for RGM initiatives
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative discipline; Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in multi-category CPG companies or RGM consulting
Experience across various retail channels, including brick-and-mortar and omni-channel
Strong analytical skills to outline approaches for business problems or opportunities
Proven leadership skills in managing projects across multiple functions
