What You'll Do: You'll bring damaged vehicles back to life with the same care and expertise that have made Mike Bass Ford a name customers rely on for decades.
Your day-to-day will include: Performing high-quality collision and structural repairs that meet OEM standards Handling dent removal, welding, and panel replacements with precision Prepping vehicles for paint through sanding, priming, and masking Replacing and adjusting body components: doors, bumpers, lights, glass, and trim Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and keeping accurate records Collaborating with teammates and service advisors to ensure efficient, transparent repairs What You Bring: At least 2 years of professional body shop experience (Ford or OEM certification a plus) Strong understanding of structural repair, metalwork, and refinishing processes Ability to use repair manuals, digital tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively A commitment to craftsmanship and safety standards A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs What You'll Get: Flat-rate pay: $20-$30+/hr (based on experience), paid weekly Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, PTO, and 401(k) Access to training and advancement opportunities within one of Northeast Ohio's most trusted dealerships A shop culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and respect Why Mike Bass FordYou'll join a family-owned dealership where talent is recognized, effort is rewarded, and craftsmanship still matters.
