About the role

ITG Brands, LLC seeks a senior leader to own the Asset Reliability System and drive maintenance transformation across the facility. You will define strategies, KPIs, and asset hierarchies, ensuring reliability and uptime as initiatives are deployed with stability from day one. You will lead Early Equipment Management, integrate IOS standards, and support major projects with technical readiness, loss elimination, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and maintenance
