Location: Portland and Tualatin Fleet locations Shifts currently available: Friday to Monday 8:00am to 6:30pm (4x 10)Saturday to Tuesdays 10:00am to 8:30pm (4x 10)Pay Starting at $24.00, plus up to an additional $3.75 per hour for shift and bilingual differentials along with quarterly safety and other incentives. Weekend shifts average $25.00 and overnight $26.25 per hour. Commercial driving, Non-CDL, experience starting wage will range between $24.00 to $27.00 per hour based on years of experience.

About the Role: As a Roadside Tow Technician for AAA Oregon/Idaho, you'll operate a AAA-owned service truck (either flat-bed or wheel lift truck) throughout the Portland metro area, responding to roadside assistance requests from AAA members. Your job is to provide exceptional service while helping members safely and efficiently resolve their roadside issues. Whether performing tire changes, fuel delivery, battery service, or minor mechanical repairs, you will be responsible for creating a safe environment for yourself, your teammates, and the members you serve. Our focus is to keep members "On the Go" while ensuring every service call is completed thoroughly with professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety. Requirements: 2+ years of driving and customer service experience preferred We Train! Valid drivers' license required with an excellent driving record. Position does not require a CDL, however previous towing experience is a plus! Successful completion of a criminal background screening, DMV background screening, employment verification, and pre-employment drug screen (including cannabis) required. Tow Technicians must be 21 years or older and are required to obtain a DOT Medical card certification after starting employment. Able to balance, bend, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds.
