About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Head of Quantitative Trading & Strategy to lead the design, development, and scaling of automated trading systems. This pivotal role involves owning the architecture, models, and performance of the core trading engine, with a direct impact on revenue and trading volume. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing high-performance, fault-tolerant algorithmic trading systems, developing predictive models for various market signals, and creating real-time monitoring and analytics dashboards. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as the role requires the ability to influence the future of live event markets and to work closely with the CEO to define strategy and uncover new trading opportunities. Applicants for the Head of Quantitative Trading & Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in quantitative trading, prop trading, or algorithmic strategy development. Deep technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration is a must, along with a strong background in real-time data engineering or trading system architecture.
