1405 Photography is seeking a Lead Photographer / Photography Team Leader for our Children's Photography division in Melbourne. The role starts with 2 days per week (Thu & Fri) on location, with paid training through 2026 and a February 2027 return to a regular Lead Photographer position. A long-term, senior role includes directing a Photography Assistant and managing day run sequences. Pay is $50/hr plus super, with a growth path to ~3 days/week and an additional editing day from our office
