Overview of the Position: We are seeking a seasoned business attorney with 8-12 years of experience and a partial book of business in M&A, corporate law, business succession planning, or commercial transactions. Experience with real estate and commercial transactions is also a plus. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who want to maintain a sophisticated practice without the constraints of a large law firm.
Key Qualifications: Strong corporate transactional skills. Experience in M&A, corporate law, or business succession planning. Experience with real estate and commercial transactions (preferred). Leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach. Desire for a flexible, remote-friendly work environment. Required membership: Oregon state bar.
