Collectively, Hanger employees touch thousands of lives each day, helping people achieve new levels of mobility and freedom.Could This Be For You?We are seeking a Senior Talent Management Partner, who will own the strategic design and execution of Hanger's talent management processes delivering a talent ecosystem that directly enables our ambitions to become the most valued orthotics and prosthetics organization in the world.This is a strategic role for a seasoned talent professional who can autonomously lead complex talent management processes end-to-end with minimal oversight. You will drive the evolution of our annual performance review process, talent reviews, and succession planning, making strategic decisions that shape our organizational capabilities and culture. You will also partner closely with our Talent Management and L&D teams to design impactful leadership development initiatives. Your ImpactOwn end-to-end talent management processes — Design, launch, and continuously refine our annual performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning programs with full accountability for strategy, execution, and business outcomes.Partner strategically with HRBP teams — Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners to establish key talent management processes, tools, and systems. Collaborate on the identification and development of strategic talent solutions that support employee development, engagement, and retention across the organization.Build and optimize our talent infrastructure — Own the configuration, administration, and strategic optimization of our HCM talent management system modules. Translate business requirements into system capabilities and drive continuous improvement.Establish thought leadership — Serve as the internal expert and trusted advisor on talent management best practices. Develop communications, training materials, and resources that elevate organizational capability and enable managers to succeed in their talent responsibilities.Lead with business acumen — Understand Hanger's business context, competitive landscape, and strategic goals.
