Position Title: Production Support & Driver
Reports To: Production Manager
Overview: The Production Support & Driver position plays a vital role in the success and organization of our production preparedness, organization, support, and cleanliness. This role is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse, as well as job site deliveries and cleanups. Our Production Support & Driver team members are required to follow our obsessions: Client Experience, Great Daily Communication, Organization, Teamwork, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities: •     Maintain grounds — leaves, snow removal, weeds, general cleanup, and showroom upkeep•     Keep the warehouse, carpentry shop, and Neal's vehicles organized and clean•     Maintain and order all necessary shop supplies•     Maintain and order all necessary Job Start and Job Protection supplies•     Check in all receivables and organize them accordingly•     Maintain inventory for A-Plus•     Complete tasks on the Drivers list•     Call in dumpster switches as needed•     Perform job site cleanups as requested by Lead Carpenters•     Prepare and deliver all job start materials as requested by Lead Carpenters ahead of the job start•     Assist with preventative maintenance of company vehicles•     Maintain and order tool crib supplies•     Work efficiently and stay accountable for building and completing weekly/daily schedules at a quick, efficient rate•     Follow the company's safe driving policies About Neal'sOur Mission — Neal's Design will provide exceptional design and produce the finest home remodeling experience for our clients.
