About the role
- Maintains accurate project data within organizational business systems and reporting platforms
- Develops and distributes project status reports, dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting that provides clear visibility into progress, risks, capacity, and operational performance
- Supports leadership with reporting and analytics related to project progress, resource utilization, delivery commitments, and operational metrics
- Supports multiple client-facing projects by coordinating project process activities, maintaining visibility into milestones, and helping delivery teams stay organized and aligned
- Coordinates process-related activities across internal teams, training providers, and client stakeholders to support smooth handoffs, timely follow-up, and consistent communication
- Applies traditional and Agile project management tools and routines, as appropriate, to support project structure, visibility, and team coordination
- Supports consistent client communications in partnership with delivery leads and project teams throughout client-facing engagements
- Helps delivery teams prepare project updates, progress reports, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation that reinforce clarity and accountability
- Escalates significant risks, concerns, or decision points to appropriate leaders while maintaining a solution-oriented approach
- Ensures standardized project management processes, tools, routines, and expectations are consistently followed across client-facing work
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, quality, consistency, and service delivery support
- Monitors workloads, resource utilization, delivery commitments, and scheduling demands across the project portfolio to provide operational visibility to project leads and management
- Analyzes workload trends and project demands to provide recommendations to support planning, prioritization, and resource balancing decisions
- Identifies, documents, and monitors risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points that may affect project progress or delivery team execution
- Mission focused with deep commitment to making a positive impact
- Considerable knowledge of the Talent Accelerators' practices and procedures
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects against competing priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of both traditional project management methodologies and Agile principles
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability in using software packages, such as Microsoft Office Suite in a Windows environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability and desire to obtain PMP within the first year of employment
- Agile certification (PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or equivalent and preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a client-facing environment required
- Work experience interfacing with business/industry/government executives
- Experience in workforce development, technical training, manufacturing training, or learning and development environments
- Familiarity with resource planning and portfolio management practices
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence applications
