Coordinate organ and tissue donation referrals for a leading OPO. Work in a remote capacity, covering 16-hour and 8-hour shifts. Support donor families and hospital partners in critical care settings.
Key Responsibilities: Manage referral activity and dispatch staff 24/7. Assess donor suitability using electronic medical records. Provide excellent customer service and communication under stress.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience preferred. Critical care or OPO experience required; donation coordination experience preferred.
