Senior Director, Inventory Planning & ReplenishmentLead Trust. Enable Innovation. Shape the Future. We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Senior Director, Inventory Planning & Replenishment to shape and execute the company's inventory strategy. Reporting into the SVP Demand Chain, this role will drive end-to-end replenishment performance across stores, distribution centers, and digital channels, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time while delivering best-in-class customer service levels and inventory productivity.What You'll DoDefine, Design & Lead enterprise-wide inventory planning and replenishment strategies.Establish replenishment policies, safety stock methodologies, and service level targets.Lead daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment planning and execution across distribution, stores & digital channels.Own inventory KPIs including service levels, fill rates, inventory turns, and working capital.Drive planning system implementation and optimization including AI-enabled solutions.Partner with Merchandising, Private Brands, Wholesalers, FMCG Vendors & 3PL's to align replenishment signals.Build cross functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution, Merchandising & Technology.Coach, build and develop a high-performing inventory planning organization.PreferredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field. Masters Preferred15+ years of inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain planning experience.Ideal candidates will bring deep inventory planning and replenishment expertise from large-scale retail or consumer-facing organizations and have meaningful experience supporting private label/private brand businesses, where inventory availability, speed to market, and supplier collaboration are critical to commercial success.Significant experience supporting private label/private brand businesses within retail, grocery, convenience, consumer products, pharmacy, club, or omnichannel environments.Demonstrated success developing inventory, replenishment, and supply chain strategies for private brand portfolios.Experience partnering directly with Merchandising, Category Management, Product Development, and Supplier organizations to support private label growth initiatives.Proven leadership managing high-performing teams. Deep expertise in inventory optimization and replenishment methodologies.Experience with modern planning platforms such as Blue Yonder
