As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting Vehicle Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $36.00 What's the Job? Supervise and support a team of Vehicle Operators (VOs) to ensure safe and efficient execution of daily fleet operations. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to direct reports while fostering a safety-first culture. Complete administrative tasks related to team coordination, scheduling, and operational planning. Serve as a subject matter expert on proprietary vehicle operations software and support mission execution in and out of vehicles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards. What's Needed?12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and an active AVT permit. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills in a collaborative work environment. Proven ability to problem-solve, improve operational efficiency, and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent driving record and commitment to safety-focused operations. Ability to provide clear written and verbal feedback while coordinating effectively with team members and management. What's in it for me?
