Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector – CNC Machining Shop
Location: Irvine, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
About Us: Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products.
Position Summary: The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure theymeet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical inmaintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machinedcomponents
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
  • Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and correctiveactions
  • Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machiningpreferred 2+ years of QC experience in a CNC machining environment
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
  • Proficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM use
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus
  • Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers
