Other duties may be assigned. Trim meat sub-primals according to specifications using a meat-cutting knife. Cut and trim steaks. Handle the physical pressures of splitting non-frozen meat in half (next to vein) in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate the ability to work as a team and follow direction. Adherence to all quality and safety guidelines. Performs other duties, as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is exposed to extreme cold temperatures in the plant and freezer.
