Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to support financial planning across the entire organization Significant involvement in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and strategic initiatives Heavy emphasis on financial modeling and business analytics Collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and critical thinking Strong opportunity to learn the operational and financial drivers of a growing business Technology-focused culture that embraces automation and data-driven decision making What You'll Do Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and business decision-making Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning initiatives Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to leadership Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requirements Prepare presentations and supporting analyses for executive leadership and board-level discussions Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses related to business growth initiatives Help evaluate investment opportunities, resource allocation decisions, and operational strategies Partner with departmental leaders to understand performance drivers and improve financial visibility Assist in developing reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization solutions Support ongoing efforts to improve reporting processes, data quality, and decision-support capabilities What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, advisory, or related analytical roles Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work efficiently in large data sets Experience supporting budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to continuously learn and improve #J-18808-Ljbffr
