About the role

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Account Associate to handle inbound calls from a specific customer base and own relationships with proactive problem solving. You will receive hands-on training and a clear growth path with performance milestones. You’ll start at $20/hour with opportunities to reach $30/hour in the first year, plus incentives and training milestones. This is an on-site role with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
