Your role: You are passionate about software quality, good development practices and want to transmit, accompany, and grow teams? Then this position is for you! This position is open in Bordeaux, Paris, Toulouse, Nantes, and Montpellier! Your main missions:
  • Accompany the development teams in the Crafts principles.
  • Train in TDD, Clean Code, Clean Architecture practices.
  • Lead workshops on mob programming or pair programming.
  • Work with developers on their testing strategies.
  • Develop code katas to advance collective practices.
  • Apply Agile & DevOps development methods.
  • Profile sought:
  • You are currently an experienced Lead Dev and want to move towards more support? We will train you in animation and facilitation.
  • You are an agile or DevOps coach with past development experience? We will support you in deepening the Craft methods.
Technical skills
Languages: Mastery of one or more environments among Java,.NET, Python, PHP, Node.js. Front-end: Knowledge or interest in Angular or React. Testing & Quality: Recognized expertise in unit tests, integration, automated tests, TDD and concepts like Contract Testing (PACT).Tools & Methods: Excellent mastery of CI/CD, the Open Source ecosystem, and Clean Code. Soft skills: Pedagogy & Transmission posture: You have a strong ability to simplify complex concepts and a natural pleasure in growing others. Active listening & Empathy: You know how to adapt to the maturity level of each team and understand its obstacles to accompany it without imposing. Facilitation & Inspiring leadership: You shine with your relational ease and your ability to animate and rally a collective around innovative practices.
