About the role

Capital Group seeks a Compliance Lead within our Legal & Compliance sales literature review team. You will oversee marketing materials for retail and institutional investors across ETFs, mutual funds, and other vehicles. You’ll guide writers and internal partners on regulatory applicability and disclosure standards. You’ll stay current with advertising rules (SEC, FINRA 2210/2212, Rule 482) and ensure substantiation, approvals, and recordkeeping meet standards.
