Position Overview: The Administrative Travel Manager I provides entry-level administrative and travel support to NAVWAR Headquarters, with a strong focus on government travel operations. This role supports Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Card (GTC) users while ensuring compliance with Navy travel policies.
Key Responsibilities: Provide DTS Help Desk support to government personnel
Assist travelers with authorizations, vouchers, and amendments Support Government Travel Card (GTC) inquiries and issue resolution Track travel documentation and ensure policy compliance Coordinate administrative actions and maintain records
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of DTS Help Desk or Government Travel Card experience
Knowledge of DoD travel policies and procedures Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications: Prior Navy or NAVWAR administrative support experience
