About the role
To lead the Ordering & Trade CX team, the full-time remote Team Lead, Trade Operations will manage daily performance, coach team members, and drive process improvements while collaborating with senior leadership to scale the Trade business.
Key responsibilitiesProvide day-to-day management of the Ordering & Trade CX team, ensuring performance objectives are met
Deliver coaching and development to CX Associates, conducting regular performance check-ins to enhance engagement
Monitor team productivity and act as the final point of escalation for complex client and trade partner situationsRequired qualifications2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience, Operations, or related role, preferably with trade or B2B exposure
Proven people leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing team members
Experience in building or restructuring teams, including defining roles and staffing plans
Practical experience with modern CX technology such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong analytical skills to drive team performance through data-informed coaching
