Who We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a PPC Marketing Manager who knows how to turn search intent into qualified leads. You understand how to build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns while keeping a close eye on performance metrics and business goals. You love structure but aren’t afraid to build it.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and manage Google/Bing, Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, PMax, and remarketing.
- Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad copy to improve lead volume and quality.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities quickly.
- Create monthly reports with clear insights and next steps.
- Conduct keyword research and expand high-intent search opportunities.
- Monitor conversion tracking and ensure accurate attribution.
- Review search terms and add negative keywords.
- Conduct A/B tests
- Test new campaign structures, audiences, and optimization strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Communicate performance updates and recommendations confidently.
- You’ll Succeed If You Have 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with strong results.
- Proven success scaling search campaigns for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPL, offline conversion events, CTR, and Conversion Rate metrics.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Ability to spot trends and make data-backed decisions fast.
- Strong attention to detail and campaign organization skills.
- Clear communication skills with clients and internal teams.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads for full-funnel strategy.
- Knowledge of landing page CRO best practices.
- Agency experience across multiple industries.
- Ability to build account audits
