Job Title: Customer Contact Agent
Monthly Pay: $4,400 - $4,900 USD per month
Summary: Handle a policyholder’s address-change request from verification through updating the account and confirming the change. This full-time, fully remote Customer Contact Agent role supports callers with policy, billing, coverage, renewal, and payment questions while documenting each interaction clearly.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound phone, email, and chat questions about account details, premiums, payments, and renewal notices.
  • Verify caller information and complete approved policy updates, endorsements, and contact changes.
  • Explain next steps for coverage questions, payment activity, and service requests using available resources.
  • Record accurate interaction notes and follow-up commitments in the customer platform.
  • Route complex account concerns or claim-file questions to the appropriate specialist or carrier contact.
Qualifications:
  • Comfortable assisting customers by phone and maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.
  • Familiarity with contact-center tools, web-based account systems, or case notes is helpful.
  • Able to learn policy terminology, premium billing concepts, and verification procedures.
  • Clear written skills for documenting customer conversations and follow-ups.
  • Ability to manage assigned queues independently in a home-based setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; related service experience is welcomed.
