What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage an existing portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
  • Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, condo associations, and commercial clients
  • Conduct site visits and ensure service quality meets client expectations
  • Identify and sell enhancement projects that add value for customers
  • Drive client retention, account growth, and overall profitability
  • Partner closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional service

Ideal Background:
  • Commercial landscape maintenance experience(Required)
  • Account management or business development experience
  • Enhancement sales and estimating experience
  • Experience working with property managers, HOAs, or commercial clients
  • Aspire experience is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
