About the role
Description We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can keep the office running efficiently while balancing front-desk support, supply coordination, and financial administrative tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured office environment.Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day office activities to maintain an efficient, well-organized workplace.- Coordinate purchasing of office materials and ensure essential supplies remain stocked and accessible.- Track inventory levels and manage supply usage to prevent shortages or unnecessary overordering.- Handle accounts payable support, including reviewing invoices and assisting with timely processing of payments.- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general front-desk inquiries.- Provide administrative support across office functions, including scheduling, filing, and document coordination.- Maintain orderly common areas and support a well-organized environment for staff and guests. Requirements - Prior experience in office administration, office management, or a similar support role.- Working knowledge of office supply purchasing, inventory coordination, and vendor communication.- Experience assisting with accounts payable or other basic financial administrative processes.- Ability to manage receptionist responsibilities with strong customer service skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.- Clear written and verbal communication skills in an office setting that requires attention to detail.- Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative tools.
