Position Summary:

We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Assistant Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success. You'll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate our awesome scoop squad Deliver top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!) Manage shifts, schedules and daily operations Keep the shop sparkling clean and organized Handle inventory and make sure we never run out of fan favorites Jump in to scoop, serve and celebrate with customers Support community relations and the customer experience Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Read, write and understand the English language Ability to do simple math Previous leadership or supervisory experience Positive, upbeat attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Weekend and evening availability Preferred Qualifications Food service experience Physical Requirements & Work Environment Carry up to 50 lbs Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9–10 hours per day Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperatures as low as 32°F during inventory Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at -10°F during inventory and stocking What We Offer Competitive salary starting at $40,000–$45,000 per year Fun, supportive team culture Opportunities to grow Employee discounts A workplace that smells like waffle cones all day If you're ready to lead with positivity, work hard and have a blast doing it, apply today and help us keep the good times (and scoops) rolling!
