Mount Sinai Doctors Bellmore is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its established primary care practice in Bellmore, New York. Located on the South Shore of Long Island, the practice offers convenient access to high-quality outpatient care while leveraging the extensive resources of the Mount Sinai Health System. The chosen provider will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Practice Info Established primary care practice located in Bellmore, New York on the South Shore of Long Island Primarily outpatient/ambulatory setting Supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team Utilizes the EPIC EMR system Access to the extensive specialty and subspecialty resources of the Mount Sinai Health System
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population Work within a collaborative, team-oriented practice environment Serve a diverse population while living and working in a highly desirable Long Island community Compensation Competitive salary
Compensation range: $225K to $275K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits) Productivity bonuses Sign-on bonus

Requirements: Medical Degree from an Accredited University New York Medical License Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
