Who We Are: The Wilkinson Firm is a premium hospitality and event staffing employer. Every hire is a W-2 employee, not a contractor: taxes handled, workers' compensation, and a real pay stub. We train before the first shift, run a paid leadership program called Captain School, rewrite your resume, run mock interviews, and promote from inside. Our clients are hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories. The Wilkinson Firm is building a 100-person W-2 hospitality team in the Charlotte market by the end of 2027, and this role is part of it.
How To Apply: Apply with a resume or a short work history. We respond to every application and we hire year-round.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
