About the role
Chief Operating Officer (COO) As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Trilon South, you will lead the strategic and operational transformation of the region. This role goes beyond traditional operations – it is central to defining, executing, and scaling business maturity and performance across functions, firms, and markets. The Region COO will lead initiatives to connect strategy, people, process, and financial performance to drive scalable, profitable growth and long-term value creation. The executive will be both a strategic architect and executional leader, partnering closely with the CEO, Region Partner Presidents, CFO, CTO, CPO and other senior leaders to accelerate growth, enable integration and value creation, and build an enduring, high-performance region. Reporting directly to the Region CEO, the COO will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and is responsible for driving business performance. The COO is a member of the Region Executive Team (RET) and peer role to the Region CFO, CTO, CPO, and Partner Presidents.
