Job Description: Senior PM General Contractor Salary: $180,000/yearLocation: San Francisco, CAAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on education and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.Role Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.Oversee project budgets, schedules and subcontractorsCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers and stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered safely on and within budgetQualifications and Preferred Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in education or healthcare construction.Strong Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulationsExperience with K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, or medical office buildingsHave known knowledge with sustainable building practices.This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading General Contractor delivering high profile commercial projects in the San Francisco area.
