About the role

Description: Hancock Lumber is passionate about its people-first and values-driven culture. This is a full-time driver position responsible for delivering lumber and building materials to customer job sites using a Class C box truck and other company vehicles. We're looking for a safe, dependable professional who enjoys serving customers, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a team."Great companies will keep finding ways to help employees earn more money, but they will also increasingly give their team members something perhaps even more important: the gift of time. Work should not be hurried, hectic, or chaotic. Nor should it be all-consuming." -Kevin Hancock, Hancock Lumber CEOWhat You'll DoSafely transport and deliver lumber and building materials to customer locations. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
