Requirement: Active Cosmetology and/or Barber License
Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Hair Salon Stylist to join a busy, established salon in Mt. Orab. This is a great opportunity for a licensed stylist who enjoys working with clients, wants a steady customer base, and is interested in career growth and potential leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Do: Provide professional haircuts and styling services. Deliver excellent customer service and build repeat clientele. Maintain strong technical and hair-cutting standards. Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon leadership. Maintain a positive, organized, and professional environment. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. What You’ll Bring Active Cosmetology and/or Barber License. 2+ years of hair-cutting experience. Strong technical and customer-service skills. Excellent communication and a positive attitude. Flexible, organized, and goal-oriented. Previous salon management experience is a plus.
