Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day scheduleD – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturdays)

What You'll Do:

Understands visual and physical defects of products.
Can perform visual checks of products including color evaluation
Understands physical tests and testing equipment
Can use most lab equipment and perform physical tests.
Can follow equipment procedures and work instructions
Candidates have a basic understanding of products and customer

look up and apply customer requirements and fill out paperwork and file appropriately Understands retain samples and filing requirements Must be able to perform tasks effectively with minimal supervision Comply with all safety BRCGC Standards and Company Policies and Procedures. What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
Basic computer knowledge
Previous manufacturing experience

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary: Wages ranging from $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
