Job Description:
Indiana Metal Inc. is looking for a motivated, full-time Shipping & Receiving Handler to join our growing team in Bainbridge, Indiana. If you take pride in hands-on work, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a company that values teamwork, reliability, and craftsmanship—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery
- Receive and stock incoming materials
- Load customer pickups and ensure accuracy
- Safely load, strap down, and test portable roll forming equipment for deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
- Forklift experience
- Ability to safely load trailers and secure loads
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs regularly
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable and self-directed, but always ready to help where needed
