Our websites are www.magnaflow.com and www.camburg.com.$25.05/hr - $31.44/hr*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work Production Associate III is responsible for safely and efficiently performing manufacturing and assembly operations to produce high-quality products that meet company standards and customer expectations. This role supports daily production activities by operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting finished products, maintaining a clean work environment, and contributing to continuous improvement ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Package finished goods for shipment following company procedures. Load and unload materials and move inventory throughout the production area. Maintain accurate production records and complete required and report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns. Keep workstations organized and maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S principles. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Support production goals by meeting established productivity, quality, and attendance in cross-training and continuous improvement other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.5+ years of experience
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
- Bend, stoop, reach, twist, and climb as required.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to safely operate equipment while wearing required PPE.
