Internal Banking Manager (Corporate Accounting)
Location: Hanover, MD | Hybrid/Onsite Department: Finance / Treasury Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Banking Manager to oversee banking operations, treasury administration, cash management, banking systems, and audit/compliance activities. This role will serve as a key liaison with banking partners and collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily banking relationships, accounts, signatories, and online banking access. Monitor cash balances, treasury transactions, wires, and international payments. Prepare cash flow forecasts, analysis, and variance reporting. Maintain banking and treasury controls and support SOX and audit requirements. Coordinate internal and external audit requests and documentation. Lead banking, treasury management, ERP, and payment system implementations. Manage UAT, system upgrades, process improvements, and treasury automation projects. Partner with banks, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in treasury, banking operations, finance, or accounting. Strong banking relationship and cash management experience. Experience with audits, internal controls, and compliance. Project management or financial system implementation experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with D365/Microsoft Dynamics, Kyriba, or similar systems is preferred. CTP certification is a plus.
