About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities and new customer accounts.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and product information.
- Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and customer agreements.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records.

- Candidates considered for the Assistant Sales Manager level may also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Preparing annual sales forecasts and monthly sales activity reports.
- Managing and developing key customer accounts.
- Negotiating annual contracts and pricing agreements.
- Supporting and training sales representatives.
- Monitoring sales performance and sales-related expenses.
- Supporting the development of new markets and business opportunities.
