- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial drywall, framing, and paint scopes
- Review and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Respond to bid invitations via online platforms
- Work within OST and QuickBid software to prepare competitive, accurate estimates
- Handle multiple bids at once while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with project management and field teams to align scopes and budgets
- Support handoff processes and contribute to business development through high-quality bidding
- Participate in hands-on estimating assessments during the interview process
- 10–15 years' experience in commercial drywall and framing estimating
- Proven track record estimating mid- to large-scale projects ($500K to $5–6M)
- Strong proficiency in OST and QuickBid (minimum 5 years' experience)
- Ability to contribute to annual sales targets of $4–6 million in bid volume
- Strong understanding of construction documents, scope reviews, and cost structures
- Comfortable working in a non-corporate, high-output environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Previous field experience in drywall or framing
- Leadership capabilities or prior experience managing an estimating team
- Salary Base Salary: $105,000–$115,000
