AM Bakery Driver/Receiver Our AM Bakery Driver/Receiver team plays a critical role in ensuring our cafs receive the fresh products, ingredients, and supplies they need to create exceptional guest experiences each day. As an AM Bakery Driver/Receiver, you will support both bakery logistics and caf operations by ensuring products and inventory move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our system. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in reliability, organization, teamwork, and getting the job done the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and deliver bakery products and supplies to cafs Receive, verify, and organize incoming deliveries Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper FIFO rotation Track waste and escalate inventory concerns Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe storage areas Follow all sanitation, safety, and Department of Health standards Support daily operational assignments from the Bakery Logistics Manager Identify and communicate operational issues proactively Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively as part of the bakery team Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year of recent verifiable driving experience Clean driving record Valid driver's license Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card Strong communication skills Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Strong attention to detail Dependability and punctuality Sense of urgency and ownership Team-first mindset Commitment to safety and cleanliness Willingness to learn and grow Vehicle Information Drivers will operate: 1622 ft refrigerated straight trucks Automatic transmission vehicles with lift gates Standard Class D License required Essential Functions / Working Conditions Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to safely load, unload, and transport bakery products and supplies Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Our Benefits & Perks Competitive Pay: $23.65$29.85/hour, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time team members 401(k) with company match Vacation time after 1 year of full-time service Paid sick time 50% meal discount and 2 complimentary beverages per shift Free mental health support Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) An inclusive community that offers potential for growth
