About the role
As a full-time remote Automation Engineer II on the Falcon Complete Managed Detection & Response team, the successful candidate will develop automation workflows and AI-powered solutions to enhance security operations, focusing on building SOAR playbooks and collaborating with SOC analysts to improve detection and response efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in building and maintaining security automation workflows and playbooks in SOAR platforms
Develop Power Shell and Python scripts for security enrichment and remediation tasks
Collaborate with SOC analysts to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
2+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or cybersecurity
Proficiency with Power Shell and working knowledge of Python
Basic understanding of SIEM query languages and security analytics
Familiarity with data formats (JSON) and Regular Expressions
Experience with version control systems (Git, Git Hub, etc.)
