About the role
Zara USA, Inc. is seeking a Visual Commercial to execute the store's commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive image aligned with the client. You will learn about products, fashion trends and competitors in the local retail market and translate brand personality into the in-store experience.
You will lead store merchandising, train the team, ensure high customer experience, optimize space, and collaborate with the Department Manager to identify talent and develop the sales team.
