About the role

Managing accounting activities for the department, the full-time Manager, Accounting - RCM will oversee general ledger accounts, financial statements, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures Manage month-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Audit accounts for compliance with regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 6+ years of accounting experience 3+ years of management experience Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Combination of education and experience that meets the required qualifications
