The Programmatic Specialist works closely with multiple internal teams to execute programmatic media campaigns from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assisting with day-to-day planning, execution, optimization, and project management of digital media plansExtract and deliver insightful findings for client reports while identifying optimization opportunities to implement, both in real-time and long term.Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners and internal teams.Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to clients, and accurate/useful performance reportsParticipate in internal team meetings on key topics or with important media/technology partnersUnderstanding of campaign management and optimization strategies across multiple programmatic formats (bid management, tactics, data, and audience analysis, etc.)Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel client campaignsEmbrace new opportunities to learn more about and test new automated buying approaches, platforms, technologies, and creatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2-3 years of experience with self-serve DSPs and related platforms (DV360, StackAdapt, Amazon.)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.Experience coordinating efforts across various teams/offices.Excellent reporting and presentation skills with attention to detail, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics is a plus.The responsibilities are many, various, and not limited to those written in this documentAdditional requirements are having the ability to legally work in the USA and having experience performing the role that you are applying for.
