About the role

Our medical device client is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to lead brand-building initiatives and integrated campaigns supporting its Acute Care & Monitoring portfolio. This role combines strategic planning, content development, and digital marketing to drive technology adoption and business growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing, you will partner with regional marketing leaders, agencies, and internal creative and digital teams to deliver campaigns across global markets.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and optimize integrated marketing programs that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth. Build marketing strategies, business cases, budgets, execution plans, and measurement frameworks. Develop customer personas, understand audience media habits, and map customer journeys to guide campaign planning. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to create tailored content, creative assets, and media plans. Execute omnichannel campaigns incorporating paid, owned, earned, and shared media. Support new product launches and strategic initiatives with a strong downstream marketing focus. Partner with regional marketing leaders to drive consistent adoption of campaigns and materials globally. Lead sponsorship and partnership initiatives, including concept development, evaluation, and activation. Establish KPIs and use analytics, listening tools, and customer insights to measure campaign impact and improve performance. Manage cross-functional stakeholders, project timelines, and deliverables within a matrix organization.
Required Qualifications: Marketing experience within healthcare, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, insurance, hospitals, or health systems. Experience developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns. Strong digital marketing knowledge and a downstream marketing mindset. Knowledge of Workfront or a comparable creative project management platform. Knowledge of Veeva or a similar project management system. Ability to translate business objectives and audience insights into actionable marketing programs.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with customer journey mapping and persona development. Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across a matrix organization. Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
