About the role

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Delivery and Program Operations Business Manager will track goals and OKRs, manage budgets, and serve as a liaison between Delivery teams and Integrated Operations, all while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities: Manage calendars and logistics for Delivery leadership, ensuring effective communication and coordination for meetings and events Maintain tracking frameworks for strategic goals and OKRs, preparing status summaries and coordinating reviews Oversee end-to-end coordination of All-Hands meetings and manage Delivery group communications to ensure information disseminationRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 7+ years in delivery operations, business operations, or program management, with experience working with senior leaders Proven experience in planning and managing complex initiatives, including vendor selection and contract negotiation Demonstrated ability to build and manage budgets and analyze financial data for accuracy and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with enterprise business systems like Deltek Costpoint
