About the role
Databricks is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the UK Forward Deployed AI Engineering team. You will recruit, develop top data scientists and ML engineers, and manage a portfolio of key EMEA accounts while reporting to the Director AI FDE.
You will drive executive engagement with CTO/ CIO-level stakeholders, shape strategy with Product, Research and GTM, and own delivery outcomes across complex enterprise engagements.
