About the role
Bridger Aerospace in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Maintenance Planning Manager to lead and optimize maintenance planning across the fleet, ensuring aircraft availability for operations and contracts.
You will coordinate inspections, overhauls, NDT, and regulatory compliance, manage labor forecasts and budget, and mentor maintenance planners while partnering with Flight Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
